In order to further investigate, we would appreciate as much information as you can provide, including player details, bug descriptions, and any screenshots you can send to illustrate the problem.

  • The email address associated with the game account
  • The name of the game
  • The date and time the problem occurred
  • The ID of the Game Round in which the error occurred. To find out the game round ID, see the article here.
  • Screenshot/video capture of the event
  • Device specifications (Windows/MAC/Android/iOS, browser version etc.)
