Why didn't I receive the deposit bonus?

A bonus is only credited if it is selected at the time you make the deposit. If you did not have the option to select a bonus, it is possible that at that time you have exhausted all the available bonuses and it will be necessary to wait for the publication of new offers. If the bonus was selected at the time of deposit, but it was not credited, it is possible that the deposit did not meet the eligibility conditions of the bonus.
