How long will it take for my withdrawal to be processed?

All withdrawals are reviewed by the Banking Team within 2 working days of being requested. If no ID is required, approved payments will be paid via the method you requested at the time of withdrawal.

Where we require ID, proof of address, proof of payment of phone bill or any other documentation, withdrawals will be delayed pending receipt of such documents.

After we have processed a withdrawal, it is then down to the procedures of your relevant payment method.
