Proof of identity is provided by:
For South Africa - Passport, front and back of National ID card, Identification book, Home Affairs Certificate, residence permit, driving licence.
For Canada - Passport, driving licence, residence permit, Photo card, Health card, Certificate of Indian Status.
Proof of address is provided by: utility bill, bank statement or government letter, showing your name, address, company logo and an issue date within 3 months.
All photo identification must be valid and within the expiry date, and please ensure we can clearly see the entire document.
ATTENTION: Scanned, illegible documents or documents that do not have all corners visible are not accepted. If there are any doubts regarding the uploaded documents, additional documents can be requested.
