How do I validate my account?

Account validation may have several stages depending on different risk factors.

Initially, the validation is carried out by sending the documents necessary to verify the identity and the address.

For this purpose, the identity card, passport or driving licence are accepted. For proof of address, you can upload the following documents in your name: utility bills (electricity, gas, water, etc.), bank statement or government letter, with the name and address, company logo and date visible. The document cannot be older than 3 months.

 

ATTENTION: Scanned, illegible documents or documents that do not have all corners visible are not accepted.If there are any doubts regarding the uploaded documents, additional documents can be requested.
